The church has initiated programs leading to the establishment of an adult continuing school to be known as the International Learning Center. ILC will function to provide education to adults who wish to improve their academic and professional standing, but did not have that opportunity in their younger years due to financial and other difficulties.  

The school will focus extensively on skills-based training, the liberal arts and professional courses. The purpose is to raise Christian business leaders who will positively impact the for-profit sector in Ghana and at the same time contribute to the expansion of God's Kingdom into areas that traditionally have been off-limits to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  

The program will further seek to develop a scheme to create jobs for graduates of the school. This would give opportunity for persons with entrepreneurial skills to engage them without having to go through the hassle associated with seeking loans from the banks.
